Senior Workshop Manager

The Senior Workshop Manager role is situated within the fabrication department and assists the Head of Construction in overseeing Bearded Kitten’s fabrication operations. This role facilitates the delivery of all scenic construction services across multiple projects.

The Senior Workshop Manager supervises the workshop team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a safe, efficient, and pleasant working environment. This role necessitates an enthusiastic, passionate, and supportive individual who can manage teams and assist with projects, utilising their experience to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality production on all projects.

Team Assistant

As a Team Assistant you will be working with the Leadership and People & Culture team. Your primary responsibility is to provide day-to-day administrative support, handling office tasks and assisting with various internal projects. Additionally, you'll support project teams in event delivery whenever possible.

The ideal Team Assistant would have some basic experience of working in an office environment, however what is more essential is an instant team player with an ‘anything is possible’ attitude and a proactive approach to learning. This is an entry level position and we are willing to invest with training and development, ensuring continuous professional development and growth within the company.
