The People and Culture Advisor aka. Kitten Herder will support our HQ function and help create a workplace where our kittens feel valued, supported, and able to thrive. The role is hands-on, covering the full employee lifecycle, and plays a critical part in fostering a positive culture, ensuring compliance, and driving people-focused initiatives.
This is a part-time role, 4 days a week!

The ideal Account Director would have experience of working in the event industry as an Account Manager or similar, and can demonstrate they can lead complex projects and accounts with £1m+ budgets. You can lead accounts, build effective client relationships, think strategically and play a pivotal role in translating client objectives into reality whilst managing account resources.
